Online Program Refund Policy
S Factor has a strict NO REFUND, NO CREDIT and NO TRANSFER policy in place on all of our online and Strip & Rise programs. Refunds and transfers that are requested prior to the program cut-off date (see sales page) are subject to a $200 administrative fee. There are NO REFUNDS, NO CREDITS and NO TRANSFERS for the monthly payment plan. Students who choose the monthly payment plan will be responsible for completing all automated payments regardless of whether the student chooses to complete the journey or not.

Live Event Refund Policy
Up until 30 days prior to the first day of the event = Full refund minus a $250 processing fee. Within 30 days of the first day of the event = NO refunds and NO transfers. **No transfer policy – Tickets cannot be re-sold or gifted. A valid ID will be required by all attendees at registration.
